Are the watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch sold by Watch Trading Complex is inspected and authenticated by experienced specialists before it is offered. We verify the reference, serial, movement and finishing against the manufacturer's specifications, and we sell only genuine timepieces — never aftermarket or replica pieces.
Do the watches come with box and papers?
Most watches in the collection include the original box and papers, and the accessories are listed on each individual watch page. Where a piece is sold without full set, that is stated clearly on the listing so you know exactly what is included before you buy.
How does the final liquidation pricing work?
The entire collection is reduced for a fast sale. Discounts are tiered by value: 15% off watches under $10,000, 25% off watches from $10,000 to $50,000, and 35% off watches above $50,000. Each listing shows the original price, the reduced price and the saving.
Can I make an offer, or is the price negotiable?
Yes — every watch is open to offers. The liquidation prices are already cut, but you can submit any offer by email or WhatsApp from the watch page or the contact page. The Watch Trading Complex team reviews each offer and responds the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship fully insured to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Germany and Singapore, as well as most other countries on request. Each shipment is tracked, insured for its full value, and sent by overnight or express courier depending on the destination.
Who pays import duty, VAT or GST?
Import taxes are set by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility on arrival — UK and EU import VAT, UAE 5% VAT, or Singapore GST, for example. We provide a full commercial invoice and all paperwork so your watch clears customs without delay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer, and other secure methods can be arranged for international buyers. Payment details are confirmed directly with the team once a price or offer is agreed. Your watch ships once cleared funds are received.
Can I return a watch?
Returns are accepted on watches where the listing shows returns are allowed, within the stated window and provided the watch is unworn and complete. Because this is a liquidation, return terms are noted on each watch page — please confirm before purchase.
How do I buy a watch?
Choose a watch and either buy at the liquidation price or make an offer. Contact us by email at info@watchtradingcomplex.com or on WhatsApp with the model or reference. We confirm availability, agree the price, arrange secure payment, and ship your watch fully insured.
Do you buy or trade watches?
Yes. Watch Trading Complex buys, trades and takes consignments of luxury watches. Share the reference, year, condition and photos through the sell page and the team will review the piece and discuss a purchase, trade or consignment option with you.
